P+R Stanežiče
Description
The P+R system (park and ride) is a combination of private and public transport. The P+R system enables the user to get to important locations on the outskirts of the city or to the city's main traffic arteries by personal vehicle, and then continue their journey into the city by public transport.
The P+R Stanežiče parking facility is located on Celovška cesta on the northern outskirts of Ljubljana. Park your vehicle at the parking facility and take city bus number 1 or 15 to the centre of Ljubljana.
The parking facility is equipped with sixteen e-bike storage rooms, six e-bike charging stations, an Urbanomat machine, and a video surveillance system.
The parking facility has a total of 415 parking spaces, of which 340 are intended for parking personal vehicles according to the P+R system and long-term parking, 15 are intended for motorhomes, 20 are reserved for disabled persons, 2 are intended for taxi vehicles, 24 are intended for free parking for up to 30 minutes, 6 are reserved for electric vehicles, and 8 parking are intended for parking motorcycles.
For the purposes of long-term parking, the parking facility operates from Monday to Sunday.
Price of parking
From Monday to Sunday, users of the P+R parking facility, by paying a parking fee of 1.30 euros, may also redeem two rides on the city bus. Payment is valid up to 24 hours after purchase. The parking fee prices include VAT at the rate of 22%.
For other users of the P+R parking facility, the standard rate is 5 euros per day. Payment is valid up to 24 hours after purchase, and for a maximum of 7 days. The parking fee prices include VAT at the rate of 22%.
At the Stanežiče parking facility, there is a standard tariff for motorhomes to the amount of 10 euros for 24 hours, or for a day, up to a maximum of 7 days. You also pay a flat rate of 10 euros at the Urbanomat machine for water, electricity, and septic tank. The parking fee prices include VAT at the rate of 22%.
